All shipping is sent via Australia post and costs are calculated by the total weight of the order, this is displayed when checking out. For a guide on Australia post costs see the Post Guides page found at the Australian post website.

We send all orders via registered post using standard post pack boxes, padded envelopes and when applicable for small unbreakable orders we use standard envelopes.

Expected delivery time for orders is 4-7 days (International orders should expect around 7-14 days).
Items marked Out of Stock may have a delayed delivery time of up to 90 days subject to supplier or manufacturer availability.

If a product is damaged or incorrect on delivery please return to our PO Box within 21 days, and we will either replace the item or credit your account.
Any unauthorised returns are returned to the customer at their expense.
